Meet other local recreational musicians to jam with & have a great time making music. Meet-up members are invited to join The Studio's Saturday night jam which we run as part of our Music Club for Recreational Musicians. Every Saturday night from 7 to 11 pm we offer 5 to 7 rooms of music for jamming. Even though you may only see several responses as part of the meet-up group, there are on average 25 Studio Club members jamming & we welcome meet-up members to come on down & jam with us. Each room has a skill level - beginner, intermediate or advanced & style of music - blues, rock, funk, open jamming, acoustic, jazz, etc. Coordinators are in every room assuring everyone gets an opportunity to play as well as songbooks with chords & charts. Don't be intimidated, come on down & jam with us. We're a nice group of folks that enjoy making music together. After the jam many attendees go out for pizza & drinks. It's a nice way to get acquainted.
Everyone is welcome! Our jams rates are as follows: $20.00 per person for the first jam, 2nd and 3rd jam are $25.00 each. No reduced rate for late comers. Observers pay the same rate as jammers. We also offer a Monday Classic Rock jam from Noon to 2:00 pm for $5.00 per person. Meet-up members can attend this jam as well. The 3 jam limit is a combination of both Saturday & Monday jams.Studio Club membership is required after using your 3 jam limit.
