To involve a large group of people I suggest playing from the following set of
pieces:

Vivaldi concerto for 2 oboes + strings + continuo
can be played by 4 violins, 1 viola, 1 cello and 1 harpsichord/piano
Vivaldi concerto for 1 oboe + strings + continuo
can be played by 3 violins, 1 viola, 1 cello and 1 harpsichord/piano
Corelli concerto grosso for 2 solo violins, 1 solo cello, 2 violins, 1 viola,
1 cello, 1 harpsichord

Doubling up on some voices I suggest also:
Mozart, viola quintet KV 406
Mozart, piano quartet g-minor

We most likely will not be able to play all of these pieces.
