If you're interested in music and you live in S.A. (or you're willing to get down here somehow) you're welcome to join. We'll try to be a "big tent" and accommodate diverse styles, all ability levels and whatever instrument you've got. Let's get together and enjoy singing and playing some live music!
We have a great new location for pickin' parties and jam sessions. We're also open to suggestions and different options, so feel free to give us your input.
In addition to pickin' parties/jam sessions, we'll try some songwriters' circles as well as some songwriting workshops/critiques. We'll probably also piggyback on events by some local music-minded groups, such as the Texas Music Coalition and some of the Austin-based meetup groups.
I've always enjoyed music--especially the creative aspects of it--and I would like to provide an opportunity for other like-minded folks in S.A. to get together when we can.

Ok, it is time to bring your 2010 game. We are going to pump up the volume somewhat and celebrate song and dance in a festive musicians ball. World sounds, spotlight, laughter and cheer. Bring your friends, bring your music, bring your resolutions! See you there!
