You should have some talent or background in writing, singing or playing. Experience matters, but you don't have to be perfect of very skilled. We just want to get the ball rolling. Personally I'm tired of seeing all male bands or just female fronted male bands. I think we can do better. Women from all musical backgrounds are welcome.
