The DMVMC has been started to serve as a source for the community of music creators, professionals and fans to come together and work on issues and subject matters that are common to each and everyone of us whether your in the District, Maryland or Virginia. It was started by the Help Earth Foundation the same group that started Tsunami Band Aide and it will be run as a cooperative by those that show up and take part in the activitites, process and evolution of the effort.
